* In Kirmanie the diplomatic passport is governed by Decree No. 8812-20/773-84 of January 6 1973.

* The passport is valid only 48 hours after being paid for and approved.

Diplomatic Guest Card

The holder of a diplomatic passport will receive a free pass for a guest, called yellow card, which entitles you to invite someone for a day of activities . The diplomatic’s guest is considered a regular customer with non-member paintballs. The yellow card can be used for a special event of the SWAT series or as part of a regular day. The yellow card can only be used in the presence of the diplomatic passport holder on the day of activities.  

 

Diplomatic Privileged access to special roles in the SWAT series

The holder of diplomatic passport will have a first right of refusal for special roles (Example; Attendant communications, a medic with the power to respawn people... etc.). To enjoy this privilege, he must mention it via the Facebook page of Bigfoot under "event" at the time of pre-registration open only to diplomats.

 

Express line for diplomats

Since there is no time to lose; the holder of diplomatic passport may pass others to register the morning only (express line).

 

Refreshments for diplomats

Diplomatic setback

All events are normally non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable. However , the holder of diplomatic passport has the ability to make a date change with reduced penalty. Since Bigfoot understands that the holder of a diplomatic passport may be called for emergencies at all times throughout the world , he can recover 50 % of the price he paid for the special event in the form of credit during the purchase of a new special event provided he notifies us more than 7 days before the announced event. The credit will be applied if, and only if, the holder of diplomatic passport registers and pays the other half of the future package the same day he informs us of his absence. Without respect of all these conditions, the special event cancellation remains non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non transferable.

In his next five visits at Bigfoot Paintball, the passport holder will receive a credit on their bill the same day and this , whether it is a regular day event or a special event of the SWAT series . A maximum of five rebates per passport holder will be allocated up to one (1) per day. (Diplomatic Passport $30 / day).

 

Discounts can be obtained only as long as the passport IS VALID.

 

Pricing Examples

(see chart): A holder of a diplomatic passport pays $40 + tx (prices given as an example) to book he’s presence within a group during a regular day. So he will get a first credit of $40 + tx (corresponding to the price of admission which is creditable for a member) on their bill plus a credit of $30 + tx. Both credits are non-refundable , non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

(see chart) : A holder of a diplomatic passport pays $80 + tx to attend a special event of the SWAT series . So it will get a first credit on their bill of $80 + tax plus $30 credit + tx .
