11 - Membership.

 

1.1 Bigfoot Paintball is a private club where members meet to play Paintball among friends. Therefore, any misconduct goes against the spirit in which Bigfoot Paintball has been created. Paintball is a competitive extreme sport that is often used to let off steam, but can also be performed with integrity and respect for others. Be assured that the management of Bigfoot Paintball will not sacrifice the pleasure of the majority to satisfy the misconduct of a single member. This will be immediately escorted to the exit without notice or refund.

 

1.2 No physical violence and / or verbal will not be tolerated towards other members, clients and / or staff .

1.3 The image of Bigfoot Paintball should be respected by all members at all times and in all places. Thus, display on websites , blogs, forums, verbally, on or off site , etc. . to discredit in any way whatsoever, the company , its products or services , other members of the staff or management , will result in automatic cancellation of the membership card and privileges attached to it without notice or refund.

 

1.3.1 If the member is at Bigfoot Paintball premises, promotion, advertising or representation of a product or service that directly compete with products and services offered by Bigfoot Paintball is strictly prohibited, that it is verbally, printed ( poster, t -shirt, coat, badge, etc.).

 

1.4 A member caught in Article 1.3 or 1.3.1 will be automatically demoted to regular customer or can even be sent off the premises, according to the gravity of misconduct, the seriousness of the offense and the discretion of Bigfoot Paintball Executive.

 

A- Members shall serve as an example to the customer so that it enjoys the presence of the members.

 

2 - General Safety Rules .

 

2.1 All general safety rules enforce at Bigfoot Paintball (see waiver ) apply between members or when a member joins a group of clients.

 

2.2 The impact of a paintball ball is as painful for a member as for a regular customer, any misconduct relating to the handling of markers will not be tolerated. For example, a marker pointing towards someone not - protected (mask) , shooting blanks on someone unprotected for fun, pointing a laser marker , not respecting the barrel plug rule con the main weapon or sidearm, shooting inside a cemeterie or a building , or any other act that may injure or endanger someone else.

 

3 - Regulations game

 

3.1 member only events :

 

3.1.1 During special member only events, there is no restriction on the type of marker that can be used , only the velocity is restricted to 280 ft / sec and should be checked at every day. A player who will surprise increase the velocity of the marker will deliberately suspended for one month without notice, and after the first offense.  A recidivist member will be expelled without refund.

 

3.1.2 The rules are determined daily by the majority of the group at the beginning of the day. The rules vary from day to day, it is the responsibility of each player to ensure that he knows them, especially if he joins the group late ie. whith or without "freeze".

 

3.1.3 In order to exercise his privilege of playing and / or join a group, member must reserve there spot in a reasonable time.

 

3.1.4 A $15.00 non-refundable costs will be charged to a member showing up without notice to play on the same day. Management reserves the right to limit and / or refuse this privilege if it could cause harm to other players for logistics and / or security reasons.

 

3.1.5 Distribution of teams : it is certainly the biggest problem during the day and members will be responsible for all the members to find one or more methods to form teams every day to please each and every players. Consider the fact that some players play on a regular basis in teams of 2, 3, 4 or more, and they appreciate the chance to "train" together. As against the majority is not a team and appreciate the opportunity to evolve with different players to know them better and learn other styles of games. Moreover, there are those who simply come to have fun and do not have any specific about the distribution of the team’s goals. therefore it will be to find the perfect balance for each day.

 

3.2 Day with regular customers :

3.2.12 During an altercation with a customer , a member must give up first even if he is right , because the customer is always right and the member is a guest, then mingle with the group.

 

3.2.13 The day of a member ends as soon as we have a complaint about him

 

B- It is strictly forbidden to sell or give away paintballs balls or "items" paid at "member" price to "regular" customers. It is also strictly prohibited to be in possession of paintballs from elsewhere under expulsion penalty and revocation of his membership immediately without notice and without refund.

 

4 - General Attitude.

 

4.1 The member must be courteous to other customers, staff and management.

 

4.2 No consumption and / or sale of drugs will be permitted on the premises.

 

4.3 Alcohol consumption (purchased locally) will be done in moderation and without disturbing the peace.

 

4.4 Obscene gestures, degrading or offensive will not be tolerated.

 

4.5 The basic hygiene rules will be required.
